Effective control of ship management budget is among the utmost concerns of ship owners. As technical managers, we work closely with owners to develop an operating budget that meets the specific operational and maintenance requirements of each vessel. Once the vessel's budget has been approved, we ensure effective cost control and the following value added management services are provided.

Each vessel is inspected quarterly by our Superintendent who physically verifies the condition of the vessel, the planned maintenance program performance, and reviews the vessel's maintenance planning for the next quarter. Vessel dry-docking specifications are prepared by our Technical Managers and submitted to owners for approval together with yard quotations.
